Ridiculous

I did my second read tonight at North by Northwest studios. I walked in, an old guy asked my name and the part I was reading for. I answered, then he said action. I was a little surprised at how abrupt it was, but I just did my lines. They came out pretty well. He said thank you, and I left. That was it. I was there ten minutes.

I think the old guy was the producer, Irwin Winkler. That's pretty cool, as he produced Goodfellas, one of my favorite movies of all time. He also produced Rocky.

Do they give you lines, or did you come up with your own? Either way, it sounds a bit intimidating.

Yes, they faxed me two pages of script to memorize. It wasn't really as intimidating as it sounds.

So will they give you a definite nay or yeah? Or do they only call if you got the part? That's cool you even got a tryout. And hey, of course you can act, I saw you do it last year with Grace!
