Pat, Eric doesn't like Deadwood. He's only watching it because I want to. But I love the dialogue, the fast-paced plot and the fact that they don't treat the viewer like an idiot. You really have to pay attention when you watch which I love. I don't think Eric would finish Season 3 if it weren't for me.

Yes, life is good. Especially with great shows like Deadwood. So, are you enjoying Season 3?
BTW there's another good profile on Michael Handeke in the November issue of harper'S, but I imagine you've already seen it.
