While I am no fan of Walmart, with its devotion to low prices leading to low wages and buying cheap Chinese merchandise, it has decided to enter the ecological game. It has determined that it can reduce CO2 emissions by 13 billion pounds by selling one $3 product to each household in America. What is it?
