Camping

Over Memorial Day, we went camping at Bell Bay on Lake Coeur D'Alene. It is a beautiful site above the bay, about a 20 minute hike from the water, and we had the whole thing to ourselves.

Aside from the scary bear sighting (he was near our camp, and about the size of a St. Bernard) Friday to Saturday was great--shirtsleeves weather. Grace even got in the lake. Saturday evening to Monday was WET. Most of the campers left on Sunday, but Karyn's parents and her older brother's family stuck it out to the end. We had a really good time, and we are looking forward to camping A LOT over the summer.
